We Are Making a Film About Mark Fisher (2025)

Justin Hopper plays 'Professor Parkins', a spectral guide to Mark Fisher's work and life The film explores Mark Fisher's ideas on hauntology, capitalist realism and collective consciousness, but also enacts them. It uses the very tools of communicative capitalism - the algorithmic, monetised spaces of social media - to build something outside capital's logic.
